About the role

Join the SEAO finance team at Richemont, a global luxury group with Houses in jewellery, watches and high-end accessories. This one-year contract supports financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting across the region, keeping figures accurate and compliant while turning them into insights for business decisions. It suits a meticulous, organised finance professional who can juggle several deadlines and work well with stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

Review, validate and consolidate monthly financial reports for accuracy and on-time submission
Help prepare and send out corporate financial submissions, operational reports and management reports, monthly and on request

Keep reporting compliant with financial regulations and internal policies

Support annual budget planning, monthly forecasting and long-range planning

Consolidate budget submissions from business units and check details with stakeholders

Track actual spending against budget and monitor regional operating expenses

Run financial analysis including variance analysis to assess performance and spot trends

Give actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

Build financial models for business decisions and strategic initiatives

Partner with business units on cost performance and operational KPIs

Drive process improvement and reporting efficiency in FP&A

Support regional finance projects and system enhancements

Assist with month-end closing and timely reporting

Extract, reconcile and analyse data for accuracy and completeness

Support management with ad hoc analysis, presentations and reporting

Take part in annual physical inventory exercises when required

Good to know

One-year contract, full time, based in Singapore
Immediate starters are preferred

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related field
At least 3 years' experience in budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, FP&A or finance operations
Strong Microsoft Excel skills such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Familiarity with SAP, BI and Google Looker
Meticulous and organised, able to handle multiple deadlines independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills for working across stakeholders
