About the role

A finance leadership role supporting the Cartier business across Singapore, ASEAN and Malaysia. You will own financial planning, analysis and reporting, and act as a business partner to teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR. It suits an experienced finance professional who is comfortable presenting to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range strategic planning processes
Build and maintain complex financial models for business cases, investments and strategic initiatives
Carry out variance, trend and profitability analysis and turn findings into recommendations for management
Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership, covering key indicators and risks

Upload budgets and quarterly forecasts into Anaplan

Advise departments on financial matters in support of their strategic goals

Work with cross-functional teams to factor business drivers, operational issues and market trends into forecasts

Support strategic projects with financial modelling, scenario planning and impact assessment

Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reporting for accuracy and timeliness

Monitor financial and operational metrics and identify efficiency improvements

Develop reporting tools and processes that improve financial transparency

Ensure planning, analysis and reporting follow internal controls, company policy and regulatory requirements

Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations

Organise compliance training and updates for office and retail staff

Identify ways to improve FP&A processes, tools and methodologies

Good to know

Full-time position based in Singapore
MBA or a professional certification such as CA or CPA is highly preferred
Experience in multinational luxury, retail or consumer goods is highly advantageous
Familiarity with large ERP systems such as SAP and BI tools such as Power BI or Google Looker is a plus

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
10–12 years of progressive general finance and FP&A experience
At least 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role
Track record of leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Strong knowledge of financial statements, IFRS/GAAP and financial modelling
Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills, including Excel and planning software such as Anaplan
