When
You will partner with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver strategic Securities Finance initiatives. You will lead end-to-end business analysis across the delivery lifecycle, covering scope definition, requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, functional specifications, testing, implementation and post-production support. You will analyse and design front-to-back processes such as pricing and trade capture, inventory and position management, credit and trading-limit controls, collateral allocation, margining, settlement, lifecycle events, corporate actions, billing, accounting and regulatory reporting. You will also define target-state operating models, identify process and control gaps, and drive automation, platform modernisation and operational improvements. The role involves facilitating cross-functional workshops, managing requirement traceability, and providing functional leadership for SIT, UAT, business readiness, data migration, cutover and production stabilisation.
