When
You will partner with Global Markets business stakeholders, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver strategic business, regulatory and platform transformation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end business analysis across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, solution design, process modelling, testing, implementation and production rollout. You will analyse and optimise front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitalisation and control enhancement. You will translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, working closely with Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. You will facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, drive consensus on business requirements, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes. You will also support programme planning, prioritisation, governance, vendor evaluation and roadmap execution across Global Markets initiatives.
