About the role

This role shapes Dyson's retail experience by building clienteling and omnichannel capabilities that help store teams form lasting customer relationships. You will sit at the meeting point of retail, customer experience and technology, working with frontline store teams, Global Retail and Retail IT. It suits someone with a retail operations or customer experience background who enjoys turning frontline insights into product decisions.

What you'll do

Work with market teams worldwide to study customer journeys, pull together insights and guide product decisions.
Design and refine end-to-end customer journeys spanning stores, CRM and digital touchpoints.
Build clienteling capabilities so store teams can develop stronger one-to-one customer relationships.

Partner with market retail teams to surface frontline challenges and spot ways to improve the customer experience.

Collaborate with Retail IT to deliver new capabilities, enhancements and process improvements.

Turn business and user needs into product requirements.

Drive uptake of new tools and ways of working across the retail network.

Use customer, colleague and operational insights to shape product decisions and future enhancements.

Requirements

Experience in retail operations, retail experience, clienteling, CRM, omnichannel retail or customer experience
Solid grasp of how retail stores run and how frontline teams engage customers
Track record improving customer journeys, store processes or retail technology solutions
Experience launching new programmes, capabilities or ways of working
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in Agile environments, managing requirements through delivery
