Global Structuring, Transfer Pricing – MA/SM

About the role

You will join the Tax Global Structuring practice, focusing on cross-border and transactional tax advice. Your role involves managing client engagements, understanding business models, and planning transfer pricing policies. You will conduct functional analysis interviews, benchmarking studies, and prepare transfer pricing documentation. You will also coordinate with regional and global network firms on client issues and manage projects related to transfer pricing audits. You will report to engagement leaders and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in any discipline and/or relevant Postgraduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or Law
• 5-7 years of Transfer Pricing experience (min 8 years for Senior Manager), preferably in the Asia-Pacific Region
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Team player and keen learner
