About the role
Love, Bonito is a Southeast Asian womenswear brand with more than 20 stores across Asia and a strong online business. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, retail operations and brand marketing, translating brand and product strategy into in-store visual execution that lifts conversion, basket size and sell-through across all markets. It suits a commercial visual merchandiser who thinks in sales metrics as much as aesthetics and is comfortable leading a multi-market team.

Set the global visual merchandising standard and point of view across all markets.
Translate the seasonal range and buy plan into visual concepts and floor and window strategy that maximise sell-through and full-price capture.
Own product placement, adjacency and cross-sell staging logic to lift basket size and average order value.
