Growth Strategist - Strategy / CEO Advisory

About the role

You will work closely with C-suite leaders to identify, shape, and deliver enterprise-wide growth strategies. You will use market intelligence, analytics, and strategic frameworks to drive business transformation and unlock new revenue streams. You will advise senior executives on market entry, expansion, and transformation initiatives. You will lead go-to-market strategy design, including operating model, channel strategy, and scaling plans. You will analyse complex data to generate insights on customers, competition, and industry trends. You will collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to translate strategy into execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or CEO/executive advisory roles
• Strong expertise in growth strategy and go-to-market execution
• Ability to analyse complex market, customer, and financial data
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
