When
You will join the Tax Global Structuring practice, focusing on transfer pricing and cross-border tax advisory. Your work includes conducting functional analysis interviews, preparing benchmarking studies, and drafting transfer pricing documentation. You will review inter-company agreements for compliance and risk mitigation, and support clients in implementing transfer pricing arrangements. You will also coordinate with regional and global network firms, manage projects related to audits, and assist on MAP or APA cases. Senior Associates will additionally coach junior team members and help deliver high-quality client services.
