GTM Recruiter, APAC (Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for Stripe's Go-to-Market teams across Asia-Pacific, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, GTM and Product Operations, and Professional Services. You will partner with senior leaders to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount targets. You will also drive strategic sourcing, track and analyse recruiting metrics, and provide regular hiring progress reports to business leadership. Working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal, you will ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. You will stay informed on talent trends in the APAC region and use insights to refine recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making
• Strong drive to identify and engage top talent
• Proven ability to use data insights to refine recruiting processes
• Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities as circumstances change
