About the role

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table flow to ensure a smooth dining experience. Handle guest enquiries and requests by phone, email, and in person while building relationships and recognising preferences. Work closely with service and culinary teams to support smooth restaurant operations. Anticipate guest needs and support VIP recognition and special occasion celebrations. Ensure every interaction reflects service excellence and attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 1 year F&B experience
• Preferably luxury brand experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Guest-centric service mindset
• Attention to detail
