You will handle counter sales and services for the company's products, including paying out prize winners. You will attend to customer queries and provide a pleasant, hassle-free experience. You will also provide services such as SPA KYC, deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile the end-of-day summary report against physical cash. You will assist with administrative work related to counter duty and the premises.
