When
Assist in the daily operations of the park, including queue and crowd management and keeping the park clean. Provide administrative support to the department and ensure guests have an excellent experience. Greet guests, answer their queries and help with other guest-related situations. Resolve feedback, issues and concerns raised by guests, and assist in wildlife management efforts. Other relevant duties may be assigned.
