Deliver exceptional guest service at Singapore Zoo through storytelling and creating memorable moments. Handle ticketing transactions accurately and operate adventure facilities, including daily safety checks and securing guests on high-element rides. Resolve guest feedback and concerns, and guide part-time staff in delivering good guest experiences. Assist with wildlife-human management by recording sightings and educating guests on wildlife campaigns. Help identify and execute improvements to enhance the guest experience within the park.
