Handle front office duties across Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge, including guest check-in and check-out, cashiering, and room assignment based on reservations. Upsell higher room categories where possible and support room revenue targets. Prepare for VIP, loyalty and suite guests, including amenities and daily VIP lists for operations teams. Recommend tourist attractions and hotel services, manage guest feedback, and provide warm welcomes and farewells. Maintain guest privacy, cash handling standards, and front office cleanliness while assisting with Executive Lounge and Concierge tasks when needed.
