When
You will plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance as well as minor maintenance projects, making sure all work meets KPIs and is completed on time. You will supervise mechanical and electrical activities, leading both the in-house engineering team and external vendors on site. You will also manage the site M&E budget, inventory, contracts, and material purchasing. The role involves leading and mentoring engineers, executives, licensed electrical workers, and technicians, and acting as the main on-site contact for stakeholders. You will support workplace safety, risk management, and emergency procedures, and provide 24/7 emergency call support when needed.
