About the role

Lead the regional controlling team, overseeing SG&A controlling, Free Cash Flow reporting and consolidation across three brands. Manage two direct reports and drive financial excellence, accurate reporting and robust policies. Partner with Regional Finance leadership and Workforce Planning to align headcount and personnel costs with business growth. Build complex financial models, automate reporting and provide actionable insights to support executive decisions.

Requirements

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years in Controlling or FP&A
Significant experience leading teams
Experience in fast-paced industries like tech, e-commerce, or logistics
Expert in Excel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
