Lead the Watches & Fine Jewelry boutique as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional retail leadership and a client-centric experience. Drive business growth across core and high-end jewelry categories, working closely with the adjacent Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty boutiques. Coach and develop the boutique team, uphold visual merchandising and grooming standards, and manage daily operations, inventory and reporting.
