Lead the regional distribution and retail network strategy for Fragrance & Beauty across Southeast Asia and Australia. Partner with markets to optimise offline channels such as boutiques, department stores and travel retail, and to improve door productivity. Harmonise operational processes and share guidelines for retail projects and service excellence. Build strategic partnerships with travel retail stakeholders and drive business development through robust business cases and governance. Work closely with Finance, Retail Education and global teams to support sustainable growth.
