About the role

Lead the IT operations strategy, roadmaps and budgets across infrastructure, network and IT service management. Oversee the reliable, secure and cost-effective running of data centre, cloud, compute, storage and enterprise network services. Direct the service desk and end-user support to meet agreed service levels, and drive incident, problem and change management based on ITIL practices. Manage strategic vendor, telco, data centre, cloud and managed-service partner relationships. Use operational metrics and automation to drive continual service improvement.

Requirements

10+ years in a technology management background
Substantial experience in IT infrastructure, network and service operations
Experience leading an IT organisation managing mission-critical operations
Experience managing managers and teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change
ITIL and infrastructure/cloud/network certifications advantageous
