When
You will be the main legal advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational matters. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements such as SaaS, partnerships, enterprise customer and vendor contracts. You will advise on data privacy and regulatory compliance, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and other APAC privacy rules. You will also manage corporate governance and company secretarial work, support product launches and cross-border expansion, and work with the corporate legal team in Berlin and other business functions.
