Head of People Controlling

About the role

Lead the integrated workforce-planning process end-to-end, aligning People plans with Finance forecasts across Anaplan WFP and P&L modules. Own the planning calendar, governance and delivery for annual budgeting, forecasting and multi-year cycles. Drive headcount, capacity, capability and personnel-cost strategy across a large multi-market footprint. Act as the key link between People and Finance, unifying assumptions, definitions and approval workflows. Lead monthly actuals-versus-plan reviews and develop workforce scenarios for senior executives. Build and mentor a growing Workforce Planning team while establishing data governance controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years relevant experience in workforce planning, HR controlling, FP&A, people analytics or financial planning
• Experience leading a planning process and coordinating or managing a team in a matrix environment
• Strong understanding of headcount management, organisational structures, personnel-cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and P&L mechanics
• Hands-on Anaplan or comparable systems experience across workforce-planning and financial-planning modules
• Ability to connect HR events and organisational decisions to financial impact
• Strong analytical judgement with large, complex and sensitive datasets
