Lead a global team of Program Managers and own end-to-end program management for a growing portfolio of risk programs, with a focus on APAC. Drive operational readiness across workstreams, track milestones, surface risks, and unblock dependencies in a fast-moving 0→1 environment. Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards, and serve as the senior Risk PMO voice in global forums. Partner closely with Risk, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and execution. Recruit, coach, and develop direct reports across a distributed, multi-timezone team.
