You will lead the design and deployment of strategies to help vendors succeed on our platform across their entire lifecycle. This includes creating incubation frameworks for new vendors, monitoring performance, preventing churn, and reactivating underperforming partners. You will work closely with country leaders and central teams to scale these initiatives across 17 markets. You will also manage a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
