When
You will maintain high cleanliness standards on assigned floors and guestrooms during your shift. You will work closely with the Front Office team to ensure correct room status and respect guest privacy when DND is displayed. You will inspect and release rooms, supervise turndown service, and monitor Housekeeping Attendants' overtime and room credits. You will also check team members' grooming, provide training and support, and handle guest inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will report maintenance issues, ensure lost and found procedures are followed, and keep floors, linen rooms and pantries tidy.
