When
Supervise and support housekeeping team members, assign duties and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Conduct on-the-job and in-service training, and explain policies, work procedures and equipment use. Forecast manpower needs, advise managers and front office on room status, and screen and hire new staff. Coach team members on performance and ensure clear communication between housekeeping and other departments. Report work orders to facilities and maintain friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and colleagues.
