You will act as a strategic HR partner to leaders in the Fragrance & Beauty Products division and Corporate Functions. Your role covers organisation design, strategic workforce planning, leadership and talent development, performance management and culture. You will work closely with People Solutions & Operations, Centres of Expertise and HR Operations to deliver scalable people solutions. You will also use workforce data and insights to guide decisions and support change initiatives.
