Act as a strategic HR advisor to the Head of HR and business leaders, translating business strategy into workforce and headcount plans. Lead annual and ad-hoc workforce planning, including capability and skills gap analysis, and recommend reskilling, upskilling, hiring or restructuring. Provide HR business partnering and advisory support to assigned departments, using people data to make recommendations. Advise management on Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, work pass framework and statutory obligations. Partner with Recruitment and HR Operations to align hiring plans, organisation changes, HRIS records, policies and contracts. Handle complex employee relations matters and support compliance and risk advisory.
