Lead the health, safety and environmental function for a project management consultancy on a major energy infrastructure project covering solar, battery storage, HVAC transmission, substations and a subsea interconnector. Establish and maintain the project-wide HSE governance and assurance framework, and provide independent oversight of EPC and marine contractors. Review contractor HSE plans, conduct audits and inspections, and verify corrective actions are closed out. Lead risk management and incident investigations, and monitor environmental compliance across construction, marine and commissioning phases. Report HSE performance to owners, regulators and lenders, and support the transition from construction to operations.
