ICT & SS Policy Specialist (MOM)

About the role

You will monitor and assess first-line risk controls to spot compliance gaps and escalate issues promptly. You will implement automated data extraction and compliance monitoring tools to strengthen second-line IT compliance checks. You will review and align IM8 policy implementation across the agency, working with stakeholders and managing deviation approvals. You will provide independent risk assessments and recommendations, and continuously improve IT compliance processes. You will also help deliver training and awareness initiatives on risk and compliance topics.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams
• At least 8 years of experience in information security
• Knowledge of IT compliance and governance management
• Knowledge and experience of IM8/NIST/ISO 27001/2 policies/standards
