Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) implementations, including hands-on configuration, customisation and integration for complex enterprise environments. Drive application onboarding across HR, ERP, CRM and custom systems, building custom connectors and automated provisioning, deprovisioning and access certification workflows. Design and implement identity governance use cases such as role-based access control, user lifecycle management, access request and approval workflows, and periodic access reviews. Troubleshoot and optimise OIG components including connectors, SOA workflows and scheduled jobs, using Java, Groovy, REST APIs and Oracle SOA composites. Work with application owners, business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, run workshops and ensure successful adoption. Advise on OIG upgrades, patching and other IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta and Microsoft Entra.
