When
You will build and retain relationships with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by understanding and fulfilling their needs. You handle customer enquiries and complaints, including exchange and returns claims, refunds, IKEA Family Member Card issues, home delivery, and other related matters. You manage walk-in and phone enquiries and provide service recovery. You work with sales and logistics teams to resolve out-of-stock and cash-on-delivery cases. You also follow department policies to ensure safety, security, and a positive shopping experience, and support other functions within Customer Relations.
