About the role

You will provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will assess customers' needs, offer information and the best solutions for their homes, and assist whenever required. You will keep your department clean and tidy, with items properly displayed, priced and fully stocked according to IKEA merchandising standards. You will actively steer top-selling and prioritised products to maximise sales, and share your knowledge of IKEA products with customers and colleagues. You will also support planned commercial activities and analyse sales space capacities to secure high stock availability.

Physically fit for physical work, assembling furniture and standing during retail hours
