Assist in daily kitchen operations, including preparing meal ingredients and keeping the food preparation area clean and hygienic. Follow food safety and hygiene standards, SOPs, and Q.S.C. requirements. Help with unloading food supplies and checking stock inventory. Practise FIFO and FEFO, and maintain HACCP, ASC, and MSC documentation. Support the kitchen team during peak and non-peak periods while maintaining high personal grooming and hygiene.
