You will support the Rubrik database BAU function and help desk administration, including network maintenance, technical guidance and security work with the Technology Infrastructure team. You will create project plans, perform impact analyses, resolve high-impact issues and drive root cause analysis after service restoration. You will design testing approaches, reporting streams and automation for repetitive tasks, and review requirement documents and hardware needs. You will also act as a subject matter expert and coach to junior analysts, and assess risk in line with company policy and regulations.
