Provide daily market updates and trading strategies to clients and sales staff. Use a holistic financial planning approach to help customers identify gaps in their wealth or asset allocation and introduce suitable products. Coach and motivate branch colleagues on banking products such as FX and insurance through daily interactions. Work with Branch Managers to set plans to meet financial commitments and assist bankers in meeting team goals. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a consistent, superior banking experience. Strictly abide by compliance and internal control requirements for sales activities.
