Support the sales team in delivering insurance and wealth products to retail and wealth clients. Coordinate with branches and sales executives on growth initiatives, cross-sell opportunities and marketing programmes. Prepare sales reports and share results and reasons for successes. Help improve the efficiency of daily sales and operational activities. Ensure all business decisions comply with laws, rules, regulations and internal policies.
