Interface Manager – PMC

About the role

Lead the project-wide Interface Management Program for a large energy infrastructure project covering Solar PV, BESS, transmission, substations and a cross-border subsea interconnector. Identify, assign, track and resolve technical, contractual, organisational, geographic and regulatory interfaces between EPC/EPCI contractors, suppliers, utilities, regulators and project teams. Maintain the Master Interface Register and monitor interface actions, deliverables, milestones, risks and closure status. Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning and operational readiness interfaces, including marine and subsea cable activities. Prepare interface dashboards, risk reports and governance reports for the Owner and PMC leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years' experience delivering major infrastructure, energy or industrial projects
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Interface Management, Integration Management, Project Management or Major Package Management
• Proven experience on large-scale EPC and/or EPCI projects
• Experience managing multidisciplinary, multi-contractor and stakeholder interfaces
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project delivery processes
