About the role

This internship sits with the Brand Experiences team at an integrated resort in the Marina Bay area, supporting creative and production work across festive themes, photoshoots, uniforms and live events. It suits a matriculated student who is visually minded, hands-on and keen to learn how branding, styling and event production come together in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

What you'll do

Join brainstorming sessions for festive themes, installations, digital content and brand storytelling
Put together mood boards, sketches, visual references and style concepts for creative pitches
Help plan and coordinate brand photoshoots for campaigns, uniforms and internal brand assets
Support on-set styling including garments, accessories, props, steam touch-ups, continuity and visual alignment
Help manage lookbooks, brand imagery folders and post-shoot asset organisation
Support creation of uniform guidelines, fit notes, technical packs, fabric swatch boards and rollout briefs
Attend uniform fittings, record measurements and feedback, and follow up on production
Coordinate samples, deliveries and uniform brand alignment across departments
Help with coordination, production and styling for events, VIP visits, press moments and internal showcases
Support décor placement, prop styling and aesthetic alignment for brand events and shoots
Assist with deck design, visual presentations, storytelling and project documentation
Support operational tasks during live events, rehearsals, installations and technical tests
Apply cultural awareness to creative concepts, festive themes, brand storytelling and uniform aesthetics
Take part in creative discussions and learn how cultural nuances shape guest experience
Support venue walk-throughs, installation planning and décor setups for festive activations and brand events
Learn venue operations such as electrical load planning, fire safety, AV setup and guest flow mapping, and liaise with facilities, WSH, licensing and partner departments to clear event and installation specifications
Assist with brand partnership deliverables, media preview preparations and internal briefing coordination
Support stakeholder communication through presentation decks, recap reports and alignment documents
Contribute to festive light shows, brand-related thematic activations and guest experience enhancements
Observe guest interactions and help with post-event evaluations to improve future experiences
Assist with vendor sourcing, tender preparation, quotation comparison and scope documentation
Source event collateral and work with the procurement team on administrative orders and stock management
Observe negotiation and coordination meetings with creative agencies, suppliers and production partners
