You will build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that bring together leasing schedules, facilities management spending and utility data into a single asset health view. You will research Singapore's retail and office markets to benchmark rents, occupancy costs and rates against competitors. You will also track metrics such as rental reversions and lease expiry profiles to support master planning and executive decisions. You will work with teams across departments to gather data and clarify project needs, and give regular updates on progress and issues.
