Intern, Care Coordination and Community Care

About the role

Support the planning and running of programmes, activities and community events for seniors. Engage residents through companionship and meaningful interactions. Help with programme logistics, volunteer coordination and administrative tasks. Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve residents' well-being and escalate any concerns to staff. Maintain confidentiality and follow organisational policies and volunteer guidelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Healthcare Management, Community Services or related disciplines
• Passionate about serving seniors and the community
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Compassionate, proactive and a collaborative team player
