About the role

This internship sits with the digital marketing team at Marina Bay Sands, based at Centennial Tower. You will help plan, launch and measure campaigns across paid and owned channels, working closely with agencies and internal teams. It suits a student who is organised, curious about paid media and keen to learn in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

Coordinate campaign launches so timelines are met, working with internal teams and external agencies
Help ensure digital and offline touchpoints follow best practices and brand guidelines across the customer journey
Research audiences, competitors, best practices and new marketing technologies to shape campaign direction
Activate cross-channel campaigns covering paid search, programmatic display, paid social, email and third-party partners
Support paid search delivery end to end, from briefings and keyword or copy proposals to confirming live dates and proof of delivery
Manage Google Business Profile listings across Marina Bay Sands properties
Work with agencies to execute, optimise, report and analyse campaigns against targets
Assist with EDM execution, including content calendars, creative coordination, setup, deployment and reporting
Prepare marketing presentations and reports on campaign and business performance
Analyse campaign results to surface insights for future improvements

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, E-commerce, Business Analytics or a related field
Campaign coordination and project management skills
Passion for digital marketing and customer experience
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
