Intern, Facilities Management

About the role

Support the facilities team in daily operations such as handling maintenance requests and space management. Help coordinate repairs and liaise with vendors and service providers. Conduct inspections of office spaces and report any maintenance issues. Keep facilities records and documentation updated, and help with inventory and procurement of office supplies. Also take part in sustainability and workplace safety programmes and ad hoc facility improvement projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field at a local polytechnic or university
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to create video content for Facilities Management and Project Works
