As a Human Resources Intern at CapitaLand Development, you will support a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development. You will help craft internal communications such as eDMs and intranet content, and assist in planning employee programs and initiatives. You will also conduct research on industry best practices and support the design and delivery of training programmes. Additionally, you will participate in employer branding and internship programme management.
