Support group-wide innovation projects involving emerging technologies, including conceptualisation, testing, prototyping and implementation. Conduct tech scouting by understanding business needs and identifying emerging technologies, and engage with international start-up communities. Research emerging technology and industry trends, and support internal process improvement initiatives. Help drive internal innovation culture through communication platforms, materials for idea challenges and logistics for internal meetings.
