You will help review, update and standardise standard operating procedures across brands. You will support the development of operational frameworks such as pre-opening, POP review and service and product review. You will also do data analysis and prepare insights for operational dashboards and performance reports. You will help coordinate global improvement projects covering sustainability, quality assurance and digital transformation. You will take part in research and benchmarking, and help document and test digital tools. You will also prepare presentations, reports and training materials for internal stakeholders.
