About the role
This internship sits with the production team at SATSCAT, supporting inflight catering operations at the Inflight Catering Centre 2. You will help coordinate and supervise the food production area while picking up hands-on exposure to safety, compliance and data work. It suits someone organised, curious about data and comfortable talking to different stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Champion safety and hygiene practices across the department
- Help ensure the team follows operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards
- Support data generation and analysis, including flight and manpower allocation in the system and reviewing discrepancies, data and trends
