Intern - PEE CVD/PVD

About the role

Support advanced copper sputter process development for next-generation HBM metallization. Perform process characterization, hardware qualification, and integration assessments. Use AI tools, manufacturing systems, and data analytics to identify performance trends and generate actionable insights. Conduct statistical analysis and machine learning-based evaluations to improve process understanding. Support defect reduction, yield enhancement, and manufacturing readiness activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Integration, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Quality.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
• Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-enabled tools
• Experience with programming or data analytics tools (Python, Power BI, SQL, JMP, or equivalent) is advantageous
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
