About the role

Join the Product Integration Engineering, Yield Enhancement team as an intern. You will study semiconductor probe-testing principles and analyse relationships between electrical failures, fabrication-process metrics, and inline-monitoring data. Using Python, you will apply multivariate data analysis and introductory machine learning techniques to a yield-enhancement use case. You will also explore approved AI and Generative AI tools for data exploration and documentation. The internship includes producing a data analysis tool, visualisations, and a final technical report and presentation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, or engineering problem-solving
• Familiarity with Python programming
• Interest in applying analytical methods to manufacturing data
• Strong willingness to learn new analytical methodologies
• Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least four months
• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering or analytics discipline
