About the role
An internship with SATS at the Inflight Catering Centre 1, supporting process improvement and knowledge management work for food catering operations. You will work with department heads, the Automation and Innovation Team and other cross-functional groups, so it suits someone analytical, organised and keen on lean and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Set up data source mapping for food catering operations
- Work with heads of department on KPIs and help design and roll out an Operational Excellence dashboard tracking indicators across departments
- Review existing workflows through process mapping to spot inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
